Refund and Returns

www.softwaresail.com follows the “Money-back Warranty” days policy with a 100% refund warranty.

We allow you to return or replace a product at any given time if you made an erroneous purchase or you’re not satisfied with your product. Our Customer Service will process every request from yours, while our Technical Team is always at your disposal for any issue.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We cannot return the already activated license. To obtain a refund you must contact us by email at info@softwaresail.com within 14 days of purchase as European law. You must provide us with your order number.

If you report a defective product to us, we will diagnose the fault and provide troubleshooting steps within 24 hours.

Software compatibility is entirely the customer’s responsibility; therefore no refunds will be given for software compatibility.

If the license is deactivated before its expiration date we will undertake to provide all possible solutions to restore the service. If this turns out not to be possible we will proceed with a refund equivalent to the amount paid minus the cost of the license purchased from the mother company at the normal price (without the discount applied) based on your time of use of the license up to the date of deactivation.

Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all of our customers and in the most unlikely scenario not to make you lose a single euro with our services. This is our guarantee.

softwaresail.com assumes no responsibility for any local computer problems that may prevent any software from functioning normally.

All products sold by softwaresail.com include a 1-year warranty for assistance in reinstallation and PC reset and free chat/email support.

WHEN A REQUEST WILL NOT BE APPROVED?

– A refund or replacement request will be denied by www.softwaresail.com if the product has already been activated, and is this not reusable and remarketable.

– A refund or replacement request will be denied by www.softwaresail.com if you decline assistance from our team.

– A refund or replacement request will be denied by www.softwaresail.com if it is issued 14 days after the purchase or later.

You must exercise the greatest caution before you install and activate the license. Before you proceed, you must ensure you purchased the correct product for your device, according to software compatibility. All products subject to return or substitution will be locked out and will not be reusable. In case they have already been activated, they will not work anymore on the target devices
