You do not need to provide any reason; we will process your refund immediately (even if you have already installed the license).

How quickly will I receive a refund?
As soon as we receive your request, we will reply by email and immediately proceed with the refund of your order. The time it takes for the money to physically reach your account is:
- Immediately if you want to proceed with a refund via instant bank transfer.
- 7-10 working days if you want to proceed with a refund via the payment method used to make the purchase (e.g. card, Google/Apple Pay, Klarna, etc.).
